The Self-Autonomy Pathway
PVT creates pathways from financial precarity toward stable work, practical skills, savings, entrepreneurship and, where appropriate, participation in ownership.
How the pathway works
- A connection to stable lodging or employment
- Hospitality and public-facing worker training
- Consistent earned income
- Emergency savings, then matched savings or enterprise capital
- Management and entrepreneurship opportunities
- Mentorship through The RoundTable
- Optional access to compliant ownership opportunities
What we do not claim. We do not promise that participation will eliminate poverty, or guarantee housing, a job, equity or investment returns. Nobody is required to invest in order to take part, and participation is never conditional on becoming an investor.
What we measure
We report only outcomes we can verify: people trained, people placed into stable work, six- and twelve-month retention, emergency savings, wage progression, businesses started, supervisory advancement and housing stability. We do not publish estimated or projected figures.
The programme is at an early stage. No outcome figures are published yet, because none have been verified. This page will report them when they exist.
