We are a small, independent hostel in the Plateau Mont-Royal. That size is the point: a group does not get lost in a 300-bed operation, and you deal with the person who actually runs the place.
Four things that catch groups out. We would rather you know them now than at the door.
Our staffed hours end at 10:00 PM and the last check-in is 9:45 PM, with no exceptions. Coaches and late flights are the single most common problem for groups. If your arrival could run past 9:45 PM, tell us in the form — we will work out a plan with you before you book, not after.
The person who books and pays must be travelling with the group and present at check-in, to sign for the booking and accept responsibility for it. We cannot accept a third-party booking without them there. This is section 8 of our terms.
Stays covering designated event and holiday periods follow a stricter cancellation schedule: full refund 14 or more days before check-in, 50% at 7 to 13 days, non-refundable inside 7 days or on a no-show. Those dates are listed in section 5.1 of our terms. Groups travelling for a festival should read that section before confirming.
Guests must be at least 18 to stay without a parent or guardian. School and youth groups are welcome, but under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult staying in the same room. Tell us the age range in the form and we will confirm what we can do.
Nothing is booked or charged by this form. You will see an indicative price the moment you send it, and we follow up with the written confirmation — usually within 5 minutes during staffed hours.
